It's a condo, 1420 square feet. There are 1.5 baths, 1 kitchen and a fireplace. currently there is a mix of hardwood (very little), carpet, tile, and laminate. I want to redo the entire unit with hardwood. There are approximately 6 other rooms, 2 bedrooms, study, dining room, living room, sun room.
